Complete the Business Profile Form

Introduction page of the AUSTRAC business profile enrolment form

We’ve developed step-by-step instructions on the information you need to fill in the Business Profile Form.

After the form is submitted

When you submit the AUSTRAC Business Profile Enrolment Form (ABPF) you’ll go to a ‘Submission Confirmation’ page. This page gives you a submission receipt number and the option to download a PDF copy of the submitted form.

The application submission confirmation email will also include a link to download the PDF of your submitted application.

You can access a copy of your submitted form in the Receipts tab in the ‘Business Profile’ sub-menu within the Business menu.

The Receipts tab on the Business profile page

The receipt you get when you submit your form is only to confirm that we’ve received your form. It’s not confirmation that you’re enrolled.

We’ll notify you by email that you’re successfully enrolled or registered (as applicable). You’ll also get a unique AUSTRAC Account Number (AAN). This AAN identifies the created AUSTRAC Online business account for you to refer to in future correspondence with us.

When you must register with us

If you’re a remittance service provider or a digital currency (cryptocurrency) exchange (DCE) provider, you need to register by completing the AUSTRAC Business Profile Registration Form. You can only do this after you’ve enrolled.

A warning message will appear on your home page to remind you to submit a registration application, if you need to.

  1. Select Register Business to open the registration application form under the warning message.
