User guide: Manage branches and agents
Learn what you need to do to manage your branches and agents. This includes how to view and update your business's branches and agents.

View, update or add your business’s branch/retail outlet details
When you select Manage Branches in the menu, you’ll open the ‘Branches administration’ page. On this page you can add new branches, or search and update existing branches.
When creating a new branch, first do a search to make sure the branch doesn’t already exist in the system.
To add a new branch:
- Select Add New Branch.
- Complete the fields.
- Select Add or Cancel to stop the action.
When adding a new branch, you must fill in both the ‘Location Name’ and ‘Branch Identification Number’. These can be names, numbers or a combination of both.
The ‘Location Names’ and ‘Branch Identification Number’ of a particular branch may be different or can have the same value.
To search for a branch:
- Select Search to display all your branches.
- Use the search criteria fields to narrow the search results.
When you select Branch ID in the search results you can:
- view the applicable branch details
- edit the details
- make the branch inactive
- Select Update to save information once you’ve entered it
- Or select Cancel to stop the action
How to add or update your business’s agent details
When you select Manage Agents on the menu, it’ll open the ‘Agents Administration’ page. On this page you can add new agents, or search and update existing agents.
Before adding a new agent, search to make sure that the agent’s record doesn’t already exist in the system.
To add a new agent:
- Select Add New Agent.
- Complete the details.
- Select Add to create the agent record or Cancel to stop the action.
When adding a new agent, you must fill in both the ‘Location Name’ and ‘Agent ID’. These can be names, numbers or both.
The ‘Location Name’ and ‘Agent ID’ of a particular agent may be different or can have the same value.
To search for an agent, you can either:
- select Search to display all your agents
- use the search criteria fields provided to narrow the search results.
When you select Agent ID in the search results you can view the applicable agent details, edit the details or make the agent inactive.
- Select Update to save information once you’ve entered it. Or select Cancel to stop the action.
