AUSTRAC Emissions Reduction Plan 2024

The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2030.

Our emissions reduction plan sets out the actions we are taking to reduce our operational emissions. It outlines how we will contribute to the APS Net Zero 2030 target. This target is part of the Australian Government's Net Zero in Government Operations Strategy.

This guidance sets out how we interpret the Act, along with associated Rules and regulations. Australian courts are ultimately responsible for interpreting these laws and determining if any provisions of these laws are contravened.
