We’ve made changes to designated service names in AUSTRAC Online to align with AML/CTF reforms. This information is only relevant for reporting entities enrolled with us prior to 31 March 2026. It does not apply to new reporting entities who enrolled with us from 31 March 2026.
How this affects you
Changes to designated service names have been implemented to align with updated anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) laws. This will improve clarity across systems and reporting.
Some designated service names remain but have ‘legacy’ at the end. This allows a clear differentiation between new and legacy services while minimising disruption to business processes and reporting.
