About the AUSTRAC Reporting Entity Forum

The AUSTRAC Reporting Entity Forum is a series of webinars where you can hear directly from AUSTRAC about a number of important regulatory and reform-related topics.

At the AUSTRAC Reporting Entity Forum, you will hear about:

  • findings from our supervision teams, including any AML/CTF compliance issues we’ve identified in your sector
  • findings from the 2024 Compliance Report
  • key changes for reporting entities ahead of reforms to Australia’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) regime.

The AUSTRAC Reporting Entity Forum includes sector-specific webinars for the banking, non-bank lenders and financiers, bullion, pubs and clubs, virtual assets, gambling, and remittance sectors.

For sectors that are not covered, or if you cannot attend on the relevant date, we are also hosting a general webinar that will touch on topics across the sectors we regulate.

We kindly request that you attend only one webinar.

Tranche 2 reporting entities

Please note that these webinars are tailored for sectors that AUSTRAC already regulates.

If you are a tranche 2 reporting entity that will be regulated under AML/CTF reforms, keep an eye out for information about upcoming AUSTRAC education activities for you. You can find out more and subscribe for updates at AML/CTF Reform.
