How the Audit and Risk Committee helps our CEO

Our Audit and Risk Committee gives our CEO:

  • independent assurance on our financial and performance reporting responsibilities
  • oversight and management of risk and internal controls systems.

Section 45 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 requires all Commonwealth entities to have an audit committee.
