Our new education platform brings together e-learning, webinars, videos and practical guidance in one place, making it easier to access the support you need.
E-learning update
Our new e-learning platform is now live, giving you one place to access education resources.
Users are now required to register for an account. In your account you will be able to:
- view records of your completed learning
- download certificates of completion
- access webinar recordings and video resources.
Some of our on-demand webinars and animations include:
- Customer due diligence essentials webinar series: covers initial, simplified, ongoing and enhanced customer due diligence obligations.
- Conducting your risk assessment webinar: support your business in undertaking a money laundering and terrorism financing risk assessment.
- Program starter kits video series: four videos that introduce the program starter kits and guide you through the structure and practical use of the kits.
- AML/CTF Governance animation: explains the AML/CTF governance structure and why good governance matters.
- AML/CTF compliance officer animation: explains the role and responsibilities of an AML/CTF compliance officer.
- ML/TF risk assessments animation: explains how to undertake an ML/TF risk assessment.
We’re also progressively updating our e-learning modules to reflect the AML/CTF reforms. These changes will be rolled out progressively this year.

We’ve also published practical education resources on our website, including quick guides that summarise key obligations and posters you can display for staff and customers.

Continuing professional development
We recognise that many professionals must participate in development programs and activities to maintain and extend their professional capabilities, knowledge and skills. We are now issuing certificates of completion when you successfully complete one of our education activities.
