User guide: Event logs

Learn how to search the details of events in your AUSTRAC Online business account.

The 'Event Logs' allow you to see details of events (actions) in your AUSTRAC Online business account.

This provides an audit trail for your business account.

To search the event log: 

  1. Select Administration in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Event Logs.

By default, it will display all events associated with the selected business account.

You can filter them by selecting the filtering criteria in each of the columns. Select x to remove the filter.

The ‘Email Logs’ lets you view details of emails sent from your business account.

To view the email log: 

  1. Select Administration in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Email Logs.

  1. Expand any of the rows to view the email.
