New enrolment requirements
All AUSTRAC reporting entities are required to enrol with AUSTRAC.
Mandatory enrolment enables AUSTRAC to more accurately identify its regulated population. AUSTRAC will also capture additional information which is necessary to identify which entities are subject to the annual AUSTRAC supervisory levy and the amount of the levy that will apply to each leviable entity.

New remittance scheme for remittance service providers
All remitters need to be registered with AUSTRAC under the new registration scheme and need to reapply for registration (renewal) every three years.
Remitters that are registered under the old registration scheme with AUSTRAC, need to register under the new registration scheme.

Businesses new to AUSTRAC
If you are setting up a new business and you do not have an AUSTRAC Online account, please download and submit the 'AUSTRAC business profile form' below
Only download this 'AUSTRAC business profile form' if your business meets all of the following four requirements:
- My business does not have an existing AUSTRAC Online business account.
- My business has obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 or the Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988.
- My business is not currently a member of a designated business group.
- My business has never submitted transaction reports to AUSTRAC electronically or via paper reporting methods.
Note: You should not download this form if you already have an AUSTRAC Online account. You should log on to AUSTRAC Online to access a form that has been partially completed with your existing details.
