Access AUSTRAC Online using your existing user ID and password
AUSTRAC Online accepts email addresses or existing EDDSWeb user identifiers (ID).
EDDSWeb users - simply use your existing EDDSWeb user ID and password. You can also use the email address associated with your EDDSWeb user ID.
Registered PDRS - if you registered online, simply use your email address and registration password.
If you are an EDDSWeb Registration Authoriser or a registered PDRS, the first time you access AUSTRAC Online you will be prompted to:
- review your business' information as currently held by AUSTRAC and update it if necessary
- indicate which designated service(s) your business provides to customers
- provide other administrative information.
You will only be required to enter the information once. By providing this extra information, AUSTRAC can:
- establish what your business' obligations are under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act) and Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988 (FTR Act)
- provide your business with a tailored AML/CTF compliance report (if required) based on your business type or industry sector and the designated services provided
- support your business in its obligations and keep you up-to-date with legislative changes and other important events
- assist your business in the future with staff training needs through e-learning, tailored presentations and/or onsite educational sessions.
The benefit for both your business and AUSTRAC is reduced paperwork and associated processing times.
