During 2013 we will be making significant improvements to the AUSTRAC website. These improvements will be rolled out in a number of stages..
Stage 1 is complete! The AUSTRAC website now features a new streamlined design, as well as improved accessibility.
Stage 2 will include updated and streamlined guidance material to assist reporting entities with their AML/CTF obligations. Further information about the Stage 2 changes will be available on this web page.
Completion of stage 1
We have recently updated the design of the AUSTRAC website to make the layout of the site more intuitive and user-friendly.
The new design also meets nationally accepted accessibility standards, making the site accessible for people who use assistive technology, such as screen readers for the visually impaired. These accessibility improvements include improved colour contrast and the ability for visitors to resize text.
Changes to the AUSTRAC Online menu
The links to the AO login zone and associated AO information pages have been consolidated into one menu in the top right-hand corner (see diagram below). You can now access the new AO menu from the top right-hand of every page on the AUSTRAC website.
