Translating and interpreting assistance
To access the translation service:

Cost: free.
AUSTRAC provides free access to a translation and interpreting service to assist people from diverse backgrounds to understand and meet their obligations to AUSTRAC.
AUSTRAC uses TIS National, an interpreting service provided by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship, for people who do not speak English and for the English speakers who need to communicate with them.
