A Certified Agreement covers the conditions of employment for AUSTRAC's Australian Public Service personnel. On 21 July 2005, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission approved the application to certify the AUSTRAC Certified Agreement 2005-08.
The productivity-based salary increases in the Certified Agreement help AUSTRAC to attract and retain personnel.
The current Certified Agreement expires during 2008 and will be replaced by a collective agreement to be negotiated by AUSTRAC staff and management during 2007-08.
